Donnie Eston Griffin

Donnie Eston Griffin of Smithville age 63, passed away at his residence Saturday morning February 28, 2026. He was born December 4, 1961, to his parents the late, Eston and Mildred Colwell Griffin. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Coty Griffin.  He worked as a Nurseryman and Farming. He is survived by daughter, Jamie (Phillip) Bain; Grandsons, Nate Bain, Ben Bain, and Weston Griffin; granddaughters, Sarah Bain and Millie Griffin; several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles also survive. Graveside services will be held Tuesday March 3, 2026, at 11:AM at Whorton Springs Cemetery with Bro. Charlie Lawson officiating. Family and friends will meet at the cemetery. The family ask in lieu of flowers donations may be made to DeKalb Funeral Chapel to help with funeral expenses. DeKalb Funeral Chapel is honored to care for the Griffin family.
